Job Overview
AISAP is looking for a talented and experienced Marketing Lead to drive our brand’s growth,
awareness, and lead generation in the healthcare AI space. As Marketing Lead, you will be
responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that combine
both organic and paid initiatives, including digital and field marketing efforts. You will play a
critical role in increasing brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales
team through effective lead nurturing and sales enablement activities.
This position requires a hands-on, data-driven marketer with a strong understanding of the
healthcare or tech sector who can drive results and elevate AISAP’s position as a leader in the
field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a marketing strategy that combines organic content creation,
- paid campaigns, and targeted field marketing to drive lead generation and brand
awareness.

Leverage marketing automation tools and CRM platforms to streamline lead nurturing
and support the sales funnel from MQL to SQL.

Manage and optimize all marketing channels, including website, social media, email
campaigns, and content marketing, to foster AISAP’s brand presence.
- Manage and create Marketing and sales enablement materials, ensuring alignment with
sales objectives.

Analyze and report on marketing performance data, to refine strategies and ensure
maximum ROI.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, operations and
leadership, to align marketing initiatives with company goals.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the tech or health sectors.
- Proven track record in digital marketing, lead generation, and CRM management.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with a demonstrated ability to craft compelling
messages (native/fluent english is a plus).
- A data-driven approach to marketing, with experience analyzing metrics and adjusting
strategies for optimal performance.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and paid campaign management.
- A team player who can also work independently is Proactive and thinks outside the box.
