Role Description
TWe are seeking a skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our growing technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our cloud infrastructure, building and maintaining deployment pipelines, and ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our production systems.
As a DevOps Engineer, you will serve as a bridge between development and operations teams, driving automation, improving system performance, and enabling efficient, repeatable software delivery. You will play a critical role in supporting business applications and ensuring high availability in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient and reliable software delivery.
- Automate deployment, configuration, and monitoring processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Deploy, manage, and scale containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security; proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Implement and enforce security best practices across cloud environments and CI/CD workflows.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of professional experience in a DevOps.
- Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Solid experience with containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python and/or Bash.
- Strong Linux system administration skills.
- Experience with logging, monitoring, and alerting tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Datadog, or similar).
- Solid understanding of networking, security principles, and system architecture.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience implementing DevSecOps practices and security automation.
- Experience working in Healthcare IT, fintech, government, or other regulated industries.
